Video: Kettlebell Armbar Series
The kettlbell armbar is a great movement prep drill to warm up the rotator cuff muscles and improve thoracic mobility. In this position we can also add in some other elements of the gait cycle to make this a more thorough warm up. By adding a opposite straight leg raise with reach before the armbar and a get up to the elbow we can make this a full body movement prep. Watch the video and try it out.
