Rowing is a basic human movement; pull an object to you. Simple, right? No exactly. Some people preach that you should do twice as much rowing as pressing and reaching to keep the shoulders healthy. I don't completely disagree with this statement, but the rows must be done correctly or they can actually increase the risk of injury by driving poor posture and position.
